The Kerala Story revolves around the lives of Shalini (Adah Sharma), Nimah (Yogita Bihani), and Geetanjali (Siddhi Idnani), influenced by their roommate Asifa (Sonia Balani) to convert to another religion. The film delves into the consequences of their choices, with the first half highlighting the manipulation leading to conversion, while the second half portrays Shalini's transformation into Fatima Ba, a member of a terrorist group, and her imprisonment in Afghanistan.
